This option is used to add codes and descriptions to identify the subject matter or the main content covered by a training course.

Prerequisites

  • Training Code needs to be added before adding Field of Training.

Rules and Guidelines

  • Field of Training Code requires 4 characters or less.

ClosedCode

This field displays a 4-character code that represents the training.

ClosedDescription

This field displays a description of the field of training code (e.g. Information Technology, Communications, etc.).
